Ben will be helping an undisclosed client transfer 1 billion files into Amazon’s S3 storage cloud. Further details are not public at this time.

Ben Allfree has been awarded a contract to construct a media transcoding cluster for deployment on Amazon EC2. The transcoding cluster will feature automatic topology detection, N-slave scaling capabilities, and even a user-friendly administrative dashboard to control the cluster. An InfiniteBits server is also included in the infrastructure agreement.
